When the prestigious TVS Group entered the realty business, they were on the look out for a design partner who had the right design sense and presented out-of-the-box ideas that could be perfectly executed within a budget. As a proud brand, they wanted to leverage their heritage and equity and Pencil & Monk was the perfect fit for them. We were tasked with showcasing design excellence on a budget for a mockup villa so it could be executed for Green Acres project customers. Within a span of 15 days the design was created and true-to-design execution was delivered in a record 8 days.

Separate kitchen and living areas in a compact villa created boxed in spaces. By removing walls and creating a breakfast counter, we opened up the kitchen, making the entire kitchen/dining space look more spacious. Ample storage was also created in the kitchen and a wash basin was introduced with access from the dining area.
