Project Description

25,000 sq ft - Combination of Outdoor and Indoor spaces.

We were entrusted with revamping a beach house in Uthandi, Chennai. Our client desired a contemporary retreat infused with traditional Indian style. Situated by the sea, the property’s expansive landscapes provided an ideal backdrop. Our goal was to blend modern interiors with Indian elements, evoking tranquillity and a connection with nature.

The client envisioned an outdoor open bar area for social gatherings, accommodating both intimate and larger events against the magnificent sea views.

This project also went on to win the prestigious SBID Award.
