This was a complete turnaround project. The owners' earlier efforts to create a dream home was stalled due to an inefficient team of contractors and technicians. Pencil & Monk stepped in to bring their dream home alive. It is one among of our several turnkey personal space design projects that was done for premium residences.
The home was completely transformed. From chaos Pencil and Monk created clarity. The 3D rendering made the design so clear. And it was exactly what was delivered.
Multiple beams in the first floor living area required conscious design sense to avoid a flat ceiling, and reduced height. The beams were treated with a special finish. The cove design was reimagined based on the mapped beam layout and the result was spectacular.
