The hall, with its balcony offering an expansive view of the ocean, is kept open to allow free movement and maintain functionality. It features open storage units on both ends and combines the dining area with the Pooja unit.

The dining table combines a built-in bench and chairs.  A storage unit is provided on one side along with a serving slab. It’s perfect for easy serving and a great spot for dining with friends.

The foyer stands out with its vibrant yellow Athangudi tiles, adding a pop of color to the rest of the house. The shoe stand and seating area make it both stylish and functional.

The Pooja unit is a simple yet sophisticated design, complemented by wall paneling in the form of toranas that serves as the perfect backdrop for the idols.

 

MCM cladding was added to the pillars to cut the monotony of white walls in the space.  This added a good touch to the regular                        

This CEO cabin was designed in a modern style with a few planters added here and there to add to the look. 

We were faced with a unique challenge: creating partial privacy for this conference room, without compromising the modern, open feel of the space. We added Custom stickering strategically placed in the center of the glass panels to enable the right amount of visibility. This helped us add just the right amount of privacy while maintaining the sleek, transparent look.

This project involved renovating the first floor of a bungalow. An inviting entry foyer was created which stood as the entry point to the rest of the house. The house itself was conceptualized as a fusion of both traditional and contemporary design aesthetics. The house boasts of vibrancy through the display of traditional paintings, infusing pops of colour. To achieve this blend, contemporary furniture pieces complemented by traditional furniture elements were used.

The utilization of rafters in the ceiling played a pivotal role in elevating the design. Employing a combination of rattan and wood materials throughout the space gave a sophisticated look to the house. The dining room seamlessly extends into the verandah, showcasing exquisite Athangudi flooring. Cane lights dropping from the ceiling illuminate this outdoor space.

A TV unit was provided in the Master bedroom which acts as the partition between the Bedroom and the Walk-in wardrobe

Kids bedrooms were designed according to the Kids’ taste, requirements and functionality.  

A fluted glass shutter was incorporated, offering the flexibility to transition the kitchen seamlessly between an open and closed layout, providing both convenience and functionality as needed.

To create an ethnic atmosphere, we included traditional Indian artefacts & paintings throughout the house Additionally, Wicker and Solid wood furniture were also used throughout the space to give the Ethnic touch.

The client envisioned an outdoor open bar area for social gatherings, accommodating both intimate and larger events against the magnificent sea views.

This project also went on to win the prestigious SBID Award.

The wardrobes were 10 ft high, far too tall for the standard laminate size, so we played with the visual lines to create seamless patterns. A cement wall for storing spices was built, but with a surprise twist – it had a magnetic wall where floating spice jars offered both a visual treat and easy accessibility.

A minimal puja room design adds the finishing touches, with a stretched ceiling and diffused light. Every subtle change made the room a more cohesive, warm and defined space. Overall the perfect design style and aesthetics created a pleasant and welcoming home, just what the client had in mind.

The new design features an open kitchen, wide-open living space and foyer, and an elegant prayer room. The low height bed specially designed for the elderly parents’ room is just what they needed. The customized blue-toned children’s room with a study desk was a winner! Many very well- executed design solutions on display throughout the apartment. Furniture and furnishings sourced all came together perfectly.

The master bedroom was remodelled to close an inconveniently located window, and a fabric statement headboard was provided, complete with quick access concealed electrical points on the side tables. A smart solution for the wardrobes involved sliding doors instead of open shutters which provided more storage space.

Low ceilings and comfortable seating along with warm tones like copper and cement, paired against wood finishes and granite flooring, gave the entire space a cozy vibe. The client was thrilled with the quick turnaround time to design the stunning look for the resto-bar and rooftop bar and appreciated the efforts and creativity of the team.

The design was approved instantly without any iterations, which speaks highly of the client's satisfaction with our efforts.

The studio is a blend of elegance with functionality with numerous aesthetic nooks spread across the space.

The standout feature is the Accent wall displaying Irfan View’s logo.
